SWN Stadtwerke Neumünster GmbH operates a fluidized bed incineration plant for the thermal recycling of the high-calorific fraction of residual waste (filter dust).

The transport and disposal of the residual material generated in the flue gas cleaning of the TEV is to be awarded.

The thermal recycling of high-calorific fractions from residual waste produces 6500 - 8000 t of filter dust per year (waste code 19 01 07* solid waste from exhaust gas treatment). This must be disposed of properly in approved systems using the ZKS verification method.

The filter dust is to be transported in silo vehicles of approved companies from the place of origin to the disposal points as dangerous goods (ZKS detection procedure) (UN 2923).

It is intended to divide the total quantity among 2 (max. 3) bidders, i.e. 2 (up to max. 3) physically separate disposal points.
