The service in question involves the placement, in the municipal territory, of no. 36 (thirty-six) containers, initially located as illustrated in the Specifications, as well as the performance of the collection, transport and delivery service up to the intermediate and/or final destination plant (duly authorized by law) of used clothing: this service must be carried out without any burden borne by the Municipality of Albano Laziale and therefore it is to be understood as “FREE OF CHARGE”. The consideration in favor of the concessionaire will consist solely in the right to functionally manage the collection service and economically exploit the material collected with the clarification that it will be the entire risk that Citizens/Users will not give used clothing to the above-mentioned road containers.
