This project is part of an overall measure, which also includes renovation measures and the replacement of ventilation and air conditioning systems. The congress extension subproject is called TP8 CCC. This subproject is an extension of the inventory structure with 3 additional meeting rooms. After partial demolition of the "loading zone" on the Theaterstrasse, the building volume will be supplemented on this side (facade N / NW) .The tender includes the mummified greenery under walkable floor in the area of this extension.
