The service provider will supply and install at the audio and video equipment in the ESM board room that will meet requirements described in the tender documents.

The service provider will supply and install at the audio and video equipment in the ESM board room that will meet requirements described in the tender documents. The service provider will be required to submit the following deliverables:

Number 1: Design, installation, and delivery of the technical equipment;

Number 2: Technical maintenance and support for the ESM board room;

Number 3: Provision of basic training;

Number 4: Provision of expert technicians’ services.
