PROPOSED FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE PEST CONTROL TREATMENT AND CONTROL FOR THE SIX DISTRICT COUNCILS OF WORCESTERSHIRE THROUGH WORCESTERSHIRE REGULATORY SERVICES. Worcestershire Regulatory Services, (WRS), hosted by Bromsgrove District Council is the shared Environmental Health service that manages aspects of the control of rodent and insect pests traditionally regarded as “of public health significance” for Local Authorities.
