The subject is the service of summer mechanical maintenance of road cleanliness in the city of Zabrze.

The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Pzp Act consisting in the repetition of similar services (referred to in Section 5 of this SWZ and in detail in the Description of the subject matter of the contract
The Ordering Party provides that the value of these services may be up to 100% of the value of the basic order. The total value was taken into account when calculating the value of the basic order.
The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the recurrence of similar services may be initiated on the basis of the justification approved by the Contracting Authority for the need to implement them and after securing the appropriate funds.
The award of the contract will be preceded by the conduct of the procedure in free hand, after negotiations with the Contractor have been negotiated.

The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor, within the scope of the qualification criteria described in Part IV of the ESPD, fills only in Section ALFA in Part IV and does not complete any
from the other sections in Part IV.

The Contracting Authority reserves that full responsibility for the content of the statement shall be borne by the contractor.
The contractor fills in the JEDZ, creating an electronic document. Can use ESPD
or other available tools or software that allow you to fill in the JEDZ
and creation of an electronic document.
After completing the JEDZ, you must save and sign with a qualified electronic signature.
The Contractor shall, in the case of reliance on the capacity or situation of resource providers, provide, together with the statement referred to in Article 125 (1) of the Pzp, also a declaration by the JEDZ of the resource provider confirming the lack of grounds for exclusion of that entity and, accordingly, fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings, insofar as the contractor relies on its resources.
