The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a contract for work for the delivery and installation of a photovoltaic power plant (hereinafter referred to as "PV Plant") in the form of Design & Build, consisting of obtaining the execution project documentation in editable form at the required levels of processing in such quality that allows the proper preparation of the work (hereinafter referred to as "RPD"). This all consists of the design of the solution for the PV Plant, battery storage, and dispatch control of the PV Plant, ensuring their delivery, installation, and commissioning, including obtaining the necessary opinions, permits, statements, or their equivalents required for the proper execution of the work in accordance with relevant legal regulations, as well as the proper execution of the work including the provision of related proceedings, permits, and consents, as specified in the contract.
