The agreement consists of the operational delivery and then the provision of a financial system, including maintenance and support for the municipality of Someren.

The agreement is entered into for a period of at least six years and at most ten years. The agreement includes two (2) optional two (2) year extensions. The expected commencement date of the agreement is 14.10.2020. The contracting authority wants to put the base into production on 15.1.2021 (phase one) and on 31.3.2021 the other modules must have been delivered and accepted (phase two). The planned effective date of the initial term is 1.4.2021.
