The subject of the Agreement includes, in particular, the development of Design Documentation and the execution of construction works, including:

1) Development of a multidisciplinary conceptual design and then a construction design (if required)

2) Development of a multidisciplinary detailed design taking into account the staging and division of work along with technical specifications and all workshop designs necessary for the proper implementation of the subject matter of the contract

3) Submission of an application on behalf of the Contracting Authority to the Provincial Inspectorate of Building Supervision (if a building permit is required)

4) Demolition of the existing structure of the upper slab of the P1 multi-storey car park (levels 6 and 7 with ramps and exits) together with all surface and insulation layers and elements and equipment installed to it.

5) Dismantling and disposal of installations, including those mounted to the bottom of the upper level of the car park.

The subject of the contract includes the implementation of a renovation task in the design and build formula entitled "renovation of the upper slab (levels 6 and 7) together with the accompanying renovation of levels 4 and 5 and the façade of the P1 multi-storey car park located at the F. Chopin Airport in Warsaw" The car park is located on the plot no. 16/2, precinct 2-06-07 Mazowieckie Voivodeship, m.st. Warsaw
