The Scottish Government Justice Directorate requires a contractor to perform audits in relation to the accreditation and re-accreditation of relevant information and advice services provided by organisations such as Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Citizens Advice Bureaux and the voluntary sector. The Contractor is required to implement an existing audit model developed for the 'Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers' accreditation scheme.
