The contract has as its object the Services of cleaning and environmental hygiene.

The basic amount of the auction is € 1,083,257.02, excluding VAT, security charges and a ceiling of € 354,378.16 for extra-fee activities. The ceiling for extra-fee activities is divided into: a) ceiling of € 293,125.15 for supplementary labor activities (activated on request) for "extra" cleaning compared to the ordinary ones provided; b) ceiling of € 61,253.01 provided for various services (Cleaning of "first entrance", small laundry, Maintenance of the green, Disinfestation and deratization).

Security costs are estimated at € 3,012.58 for 36 months, as there are interference risks pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008 and subsequent amendments.

The total amount of the contract, estimated pursuant to art. 35, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, for its entire duration, including the renewal option, as well as including any additional expenses, is € 2,401,079.59, excluding VAT and security charges included. Security costs valued at € 5,020.96 for n. 60 months.
