Two buildings are planned for the new mathematics building and the new building for the Interdisciplinary Center for Modeling and Simulation (IMoS) on the east campus extension of the Technical University of Berlin.

Mathematics approx. 110 mx 50 m (GFA approx. 31 300 m 2 )

With the IMoS approx. 40 mx 55 m (GFA approx. 11 500 m 2 ).

There are 6 upper floors in mathematics. The house technology is largely in the partially basement area. The glass ground floor contains lecture halls, seminar rooms and a cafeteria. Seminar rooms are located on the upper floors, followed by office use on the other upper floors and a library on the sixth floor.

The structure of the IMoS is similar, with 5 upper floors.

A data center in the southern part of the ground floor and various IMoS laboratories increase the proportion of building services. It is located in the basement and in parts of the fifth floor.

The 4 floors below are characterized by office use, seminar rooms and individual laboratories

- Inert gas extinguishing system in the server room EG (158 m 2 ) with installation level in the basement (159 m 2 ) and IT distribution room (23 2 ) in the basement. - High-pressure water mist extinguishing system (HDWN system) according to VdS 3188 with exceptions, area-wide basement and cafeteria on the ground floor. System consists of extinguishing control center including control, cabling, area valve stations, emergency power and water supply, pipelines, extinguishing nozzles. Functional tender,
