The subject of the contract covered by these proceedings is the management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Września in 2024. In detail, the subject of the contract and the conditions for the proper performance of the contract are specified in the OPZ constituting an annex to this SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste with the code 20 03 01 and biodegradable waste – biowaste – with the code 20 02 01, collected from owners of residential real estate located in the municipality of Września. The estimated amount of waste to be managed in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 amounts to a total of 15,000 Mg, detailed according to the codes described in the OPZ annexed to the CMS.

The subject of the contract is the management of selective municipal waste with codes 15 01 01 (paper and cardboard packaging), 15 01 02 (plastic packaging), 15 01 06 (mixed packaging waste), 15 01 07 (glass packaging), collected from owners of residential real estate located in the municipality of Września. The estimated amount of waste to be managed in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 amounts to a total of 2575 Mg, detailed according to the codes described in the OPZ annexed to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste collected selectively at the Municipal Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, coming from real estate inhabited in the Września commune. The estimated amount of waste to be managed in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 amounts to a total of 1859.70 Mg, detailed according to the codes described in the OPZ constituting an annex to the SWZ.
