This assignment includes the provision of services in the form of digital communication tools and associated advice, for a period of 4 years and the provision of associated software. The contract comprises the following lots:

- Responsiveness,
- Rights and roles, user management,
- Maintenance, training and support,
- Analysis tool (integrated or linked with Google Analytics, for example),
- Hosting website,
- Security and privacy
- Openness and ownership of data,
- Content management system as a basic source for product information:

- Possibility to launch different projects / campaigns,

- Integration options with the website.
- Before boards make a choice in the tools and channels that they use for their digital communication, a strategic exercise can help determine that choice,
- This strategic choice must be tool-independent, and may therefore occur prior to being taken from another plot,
- Mapping the current situation, identifying the needs of customers and the organization, workshops to achieve the desired situation,
- Research into customer behavior (audit of current use of tools),
- Major strategic lines regarding online strategy and necessary tools.
