Specialised operating computers (including ruggered computers for demanding environmental conditions, hospital computers or vehicle computers) and related accessories and services to Hansel Oy's customers under this request for participation and its in accordance with the Annexes.
The object of the DPS is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments.
All interested candidates may request the right to participate in a dynamic procurement system throughout the duration of the dynamic procurement system. To DPS
there is no limit on the number of candidates to be approved.
Hansel accepts all nominees that meet the set suitability requirements for the DPS. A candidate shall not be admitted to DPS if the candidate is guilty or the person exercising its powers of representation, decision or control is guilty of any of the offences referred to in Section 80 of the Procurement Act (mandatory exclusion grounds). A candidate for discretionary exclusion within the meaning of Section 81 of the Procurement Act may not be accepted in the DPS.
DPS shall be valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice unless it is suspended (see Annex 2 Agreement for participation in a dynamic procurement system).
Hansel Oy's clients execute the procurement among candidates approved for DPS through intra-DPS competition, which may be scheduled for the entire acquisition phase of DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase (1 October 2021) and will end at the expiry of the DPS.
Contracts shall be concluded before the end of the dynamic procurement system. The contract may be valid for up to five (5) years after the end of the dynamic procurement system.
