The procurement concerns facilities for school activities, including a school building, a separate environmental building and ground and civil engineering of a schoolyard, pedestrian and bicycle path, parking with driving surfaces, logistics area with driving areas and forecourt land, etc.

The school building will house a preschool with 8 departments in one part and a comprehensive school for grades F–9 of 30 classes (approx. 16 students per class) and with associated functions such as cooking kitchen and dining room, craft rooms, classrooms, staff facilities, technical rooms, administration rooms, etc. in one part.

The contract is carried out as a turnkey contract, ABT 06.
