The purpose of this framework agreement is to collect, process and provide data relating to the obligations of radio services to broadcast musical works in France (metropolitan France, including Corsica, and overseas), in order to enable ARCOM to fully fulfil the mission of monitoring the obligations of radio services to broadcast musical works. Arcom undertakes, over the duration of this framework agreement, to order a firm share (which constitutes a minimum and maximum order for u O 1) of 66 annual quantities of the uo 1 (so-called "base" service - radio service studied in Annex 1 to the C.C.T.P). These minimum order quantities will be of type UO 1.1 (24h/24h) or UO 1.2 (hours of significant listening). The maximum amount over the total duration of the framework agreement is 410,000 euro (excl. tax).
