The city of Berching is planning a replacement new building for the Berching primary and middle school.

The best solution is to be determined in the course of a competition in the vgv process with integrated competition not registered with the Chamber of Architects in accordance with the guidelines of RPW.

The subject of this award is the services for object planning buildings in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 § 33 et seq. HOAI, service phases 1 to 9.

As the current school building of primary and middle school (GMS) Berching can no longer meet the growing number of pupils and the existing building no longer meets the spatial requirements of a modern school, the city of Berching has opted for a replacement new building. The school should meet future space requirements and modern pedagogy can also provide spatial support.

Following the principle of social, social and cultural inclusion and integration, an attractive educational and development space for elementary and middle school students in Berching is to be created and expanded on the school area and its outdoor facilities.
