The Bildungscampus Neuenhof is a school centre based in Siegburg, Germany.

For this campus, the city of Siegburg is planning an extension and conversion as well as the renewal of the infrastructure.

The construction project will be divided into five sub-projects. These consist of:

1. Pollutant remediation / demolition management

2. New construction of component U (teaching) and V (administration)

3. Refurbishment of component K (creative area), N (natural sciences),

F (Forum), W (Works)

and A (external education)

4. New construction of component M (canteen)

5. Renovation of component T (theatre treasure) and S (sports hall)

For a trouble-free construction process in terms of safety, personnel volume, material and traffic flows of the individual

Construction phases, therefore, a construction logistics concept was created that included all influencing factors.
