Property planning according to §41 HOAI for plants for the decentralised management of rainwater from rainwater from private and public settlement and traffic areas. The areas to be considered are both existing and new areas and cover 6.83 ha.

The basis for the property planning is a rainwater management concept, which essentially provides for a networked trench system with semi-centralized, technical treatment measures.

Due to the existing situation, the partial dismantling of an existing rainwater sewer and a water discharge is part of the planning service. As a throttle and emergency overflow for the trench system, the discharge into an above-ground trench system must be planned.

The location of the stormwater management systems is planned in the road area. Planning must therefore be carried out in close coordination with road planning. There is a subdivision of the road planning into four construction phases, which is the basis for the temporal prioritization of the planning.
