Extent

Aneby municipality, together with the Aneby Housing Foundation, procures a framework agreement for an experienced consultant with a focus on geotechnical engineering for participation and advice in various municipal construction projects. Contracting authorities intend to enter into framework agreements with a supplier.

The estimated value of the agreement during the entire contract period incl. any extension clauses amounts to SEK 500,000. The value implies an estimated volume and implies only a benchmark. The actual outcome can be both higher and lower against the estimated value and no guaranteed volumes are left.

However, the ceiling volume for the agreement is, including any extensions, SEK 625,000. In the event of a ceiling volume reached, the agreement has no effect. For the Buyer's right to early termination upon reaching the ceiling volume, see Early termination
