The subject of the order is the provision of technical and substantive support services for the Ordering Party and Project Partners in the preparation of procurement documentation and participation in the implementation and acceptance of the order for the development of a robot that meets the requirements of precision horticulture in the form of an electronic autonomous platform equipped with remote sensing sensors for assessing the condition of fruit in orchards and pathogen detection as part of the Smart Villages project. The Contractor will carry out the tasks specified by the Ordering Party, detailed in the Orders, within four Areas: Area 1 - Preparation of procurement documentation within planned proceedings for the award of a public contract for the supply of a robot; Area 2 - Procurement procedure for the delivery of a robot for precision horticulture and vegetable production needs; Area 3 - Supervision over the implementation of separate contracts for the delivery of a robot for precision horticulture and vegetable production needs and acceptance of work within the scope of these contracts; Area 4 - Analyses, recommendations, and other tasks.
