With this tender, the City of Wallisellen grants the concession for the implementation and operation of charging stations in publicly accessible parking lots.
For the already defined locations (see Document D 'Description and Specifications of the Locations'), the City of Wallisellen will realize the basic infrastructure and network development (development stage C2 according to SIA 2060).
The procurement and installation of the charging stations (development stage D according to SIA 2060) as well as the entire operation will be taken over by the concessionaire. Installation and operation (maintenance, billing, customer service, customer identification, etc.) must be offered by the providers as a comprehensive service from a single source. For the execution of the work, the providers may involve subcontractors.
For the occupation of the parking spaces and the use of the basic infrastructure and network development funded by the City of Wallisellen, the providers shall pay the City of Wallisellen a concession fee and an annual site rent.
