The subject of the tender is primarily on project planning services for traffic facilities and engineering structures and, to a much lesser extent, on project planning services for the public development of the 2nd construction phase of the Berlin-Szczecin Industrial Park in Pasewalk.
The city of Pasewalk intends to build a large-scale industrial site in the western part of the city. The total size of the 2nd BA in the B-Plan is around 106 ha. The developed areas comprise approx. 73.6 hectares of commercial and industrial land plus 3.2 hectares of areas for supply facilities, 0.6 hectares of mixed areas, 3.2 hectares of traffic areas and 19.4 hectares of green space.
The subject of this tender is planning and engineering services in accordance with HOAI (traffic facilities, engineering structures, open space planning) for the internal development of the first construction phase in relation to the trades of road construction, rainwater, street lighting, wastewater disposal and drinking water (the latter also for the external development).
The services to be awarded consist of:
- Service phases 2 and 3 according to § 39 HOAI
- Service phases 2 and 3 according to § 43 HOAI
- Service phases 2 and 3 according to § 47 HOAI
- Work phases 4 to 9 according to § 39 HOAI, as an optional assignment by designating the client (if necessary in stages to be determined by the client);
- Work phases 4 to 9 in accordance with § 43 HOAI, as an optional assignment by designating the client (if necessary in stages to be determined by the client);
- Work phases 4 to 9 according to § 47 HOAI, as an optional assignment by designating the client (if necessary in stages to be determined by the client);
Special services:
- Local construction supervision for traffic facilities (Annex 13.1 to § 47 para. 2 HOAI) and civil engineering structures (Annex 12.1 to § 43 para. 4 HOAI)
- Construction surveying (work phases 1 to 3 according to Annex 1.4.7 HOAI)
- Construction-related as-built documentation in the sense of an as-built survey
- Preparation of a coordinated pipeline inventory plan
As part of the preparation of the development plan, the engineering firm Voss & Muderack GmbH accompanied the preliminary planning of the wastewater and rainwater disposal as well as prepared a corresponding water law contribution for rainwater. The complete reports as well as other site-specific documents will be made available with the participation documents. The aforementioned office is not excluded from participating in the procedure.
