Facing masonry work for the extension building with gymnasium of the LVR-Förderschule 'Kurt Schwitters School' Gräulinger Straße, Düsseldorf.
The extension complements the existing building next to the gymnasium with classrooms and classrooms, some of which are provided for the operation of Open All Day. The construction work is carried out during operation.
The 1st construction phase describes the construction of the new building with gym as solid construction. The existing school building will remain in operation during the construction period and will be completely renovated and partially restructured following the completion and move into the new building in the second construction phase.
The new construction of the first phase includes a gross floor area of approx. 3 408 m
The subject of the services are the facing masonry works of the 1st and 2nd construction phase.
The work includes the entire services for a facing brickwork of water-cement bricks in wild bandage. The works will predominantly be groundfloor, in parts 2-storey. The work is complemented by the lining by means of straps of the interiors.
