- final condemnation by welding steel panels of doors and windows of premises or access to common areas of buildings

- complete neutralisation of vacant premises destined for demolition and surveillance of dwellings, premises or annexes or any other assets managed by the SEM EMH, including administrative premises, headquarters, agencies, lodges, for which supervision would be necessary.
