The Highways Agency (HA) an Executive Agency of the Department for Transport, are looking to procure an End User Computing (EUC)Service aligned to the Government ICT strategy covering Deskside Services, End User Device Services, Infrastructure Services, Infrastucture/Architecture Services, Service Management Services and IT Security Services. It will operate within a multi-sourced IT tower service environment, in line with government best practice guidance (including ITIL, Prince2, MSP etc).
