The consultation concerns collective heating operating contracts of the PFI type concerning collectively heated sites on the Sainte-Barbe heritage.
Saint-Avold branch sectorThe object of the contract is the operation of collective heating installations of the PFI type with a view to the production of heating including all or part of the following services:
- operation of small maintenance installations and works (the remuneration of which is commonly called P2);
- major maintenance and renewal of equipment (the remuneration of which is commonly called P3).
The sites concerned by the contract are given in appendix 1 of this act of engagement.
Freyming-Merlebach / Hombourg-Haut branch sectorThe object of the contract is the operation of collective heating installations of the PFI type with a view to the production of heating including all or part of the following services:
- operation of small maintenance installations and works (the remuneration of which is commonly called P2);
- major maintenance and renewal of equipment (the remuneration of which is commonly called P3).
The sites concerned by the contract are given in appendix 1 of this act of engagement.
