This contract concerns new works, maintenance and rehabilitation of municipal roads. The works are to be carried out on the territory of the Municipality of Montigny-lès-Cormeilles with the exception of the roads transferred to the Val Parisis urban community. This contract is entered into in the form of a mono-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum annual amount of EUR 1,800,000 excluding tax, i.e. EUR 7,200,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract (Articles L. 2125- 1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code).
