The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, to be performed in the Prószków Forest District in 2022. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and wood harvesting and tourist development resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ.

3.1. Tangible scope of the item of the order

1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting of wood and tourist development, to be performed in the Prószków Forest District in 2022.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and timber harvesting and tourist management resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distances and conditions of breaking wood;

Annex No 3.4. — a statement of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 3.5. – information on the use of possible technologies for harvesting wood;

The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.
