Lot 1 comprises the renovation and expansion of the existing fire station.

a) Basement floor:

1 new warehouse,

b) Ground floor:

changing rooms for men and women,

various storage rooms,

gym,

5 offices,

c) Upstairs:

12 relaxation rooms,

storerooms,

storeroom,

Toilet facilities for men and women.

The conversion measures have a total area of approx. 800.00 m² — see attachment.

According to an initial cost estimate of the conversion and extension of the fire station — with a total cost of €1,640,000 — chargeable costs of around €1,043,500 net can be assumed.

The new construction of a factory building is necessary due to the restructuring measures taken by the Zweibrücken fire station within the Hauptwache building. This workshop will be erected at the back of the fire station and will accommodate fire engines as well as a workshop and storage rooms. The total area of the factory building is approx. 850 m².

According to an initial cost estimate, chargeable costs of around 940,000 euros net can be assumed for the new factory building — with a total cost of €1,390,000.
