The RFQ is subject to the provision of “Solution-centric neuropsychiatric coach training” and “Mininepsy training” to subscribers under the terms specified in this RFQ and its Annexes.
One strategic objective of primary education and early childhood education is to achieve a solution-based culture of action. We therefore emphasise the solution centred on this training and increasing the skills of children's everyday life and life management. The goal is within resources to enable coaching in turn for all persons in primary education and early childhood education.
The acquisition includes: Lappeenranta, Taipalsaari, Luumäki, Ruokolahti, Rautjärvi, Savitaipale and Imatra.
Teachers involved in training work in the municipalities of South Karelia Province mentioned above, the majority, about 90%, in Lappeenranta.
The scope of solution-based neuropsychiatric coach training should be at least 30 cr.
Content of education:
— Compounding information on neuropsychiatric syndromes
— Information on diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and medication
— Information on Operational Control and Training in Operational Control Skills
— Information on the pathways of neuropsychiatric rehabilitation
— Basics of Positive Psychology
— Basics of appreciative interaction
— Methods and exercises for solution and resource-centre coaching
— Information on the peculiarities of neuropsychiatric coaching
— Other content specified by the tenderer.
The second subject of the call for tenders is the so-called. Mininepsy training should be two (2) days long and include the following topics:
— Current information on neuropsychiatric syndromes and their treatment and rehabilitation
— Getting acquainted with the solution-centric way of thinking and working and the basics of positive psychology
— Concrete solution-centric methods that participants can apply directly to their own work
— Other content specified by the tenderer.
The objective is to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) supplier which is valid for two (2) years. In addition, the contracting entity reserves the opportunity to extend the contract one year at a time, however, for two (2) one-year options periods. At the end of the contract period, the contracting entity shall decide at the end of the contract period after separate negotiations with the service provider.
The offering undertaking is required to provide adequate operational capacity and competence to perform the service provided for in the RFQ and its Annexes in full and at a sufficient quality level.
In submitting the offer, the tenderer undertakes all the terms and conditions set out in the invitation to tender and its annexes. As such, the tenderer should carefully consult all the documents in the request for tender. Alternative or parallel bids are not accepted.
Part-offers are not accepted.
The price must be fixed throughout the actual contract period. For the option period, the price is negotiated in the options period exercise negotiations.
