For lot No. 02, the services will be subject to a framework agreement with purchase orders with maximum value pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code

the services of lot No. 03 will be the subject of a framework agreement to purchase order made pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. The maximum annual amounts are as follows: - city of Pontarlier: 50,000 euros HT - community of municipalities of Greater Pontarlier: 40,000 euros (excl. VAT).
