The subject of the order is the supply of fuel - standard diesel fuel and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties to the tanks of the on-site fuel warehouse of Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowego "Dąbie" Sp. z o. o. at ul. A. Struga 10, 70-784 Szczecin and to the tanks of the fuel station of the Szczecin Company Bus Company "Klonowica" Sp. z o. o. at ul. Klonowica 3c, 71-241 Szczecin during a period of 24 months, not earlier than from 1.1.2020.

The subject of the order is the supply of fuel - diesel oil that meets the requirements of PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 / Ap2 and the ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9.10.2015 on the quality requirements for liquid fuels.

In addition, the fuel supplied should meet the following criteria:

a) microbiological purity and resistance for the whole year to possible biological contamination in fuel tanks, gas station installations and buses,

b) sulfur content not more than 10 mg / kg,

c) it must come from current production and not contain components derived from used products,

d) in the period from April 16 to September 30, the Contractor shall supply standard diesel fuel (00C) - for the summer period; in the period from March 1 to April 15 and from October 1 to November 15, the Contractor will supply standard diesel oil (-10 ° C) - for the transitional period and from November 16 to the end of February - standard diesel oil (- twenty about C) - for the winter period,

e) in the winter, i.e. from November 16 to the end of February, when the forecasted atmospheric temperature will be lower than -20 about C, the Contractor shall ensure full and safe operation of the Employer's vehicles by supplying diesel oil with improved low-temperature properties with a cold filter blocking temperature, CFPP (-32 about C)

f) diesel fuel should additionally have lubricating properties in accordance with the following requirements ("lubrication standard"):

- test method: HFRR according to the CEC-F-06-A96 standard

- test result value: ≤ 460 μm.

The total volume of delivery is 14,500,000 liters (in words: fourteen million five hundred thousand liters) - includes the supply of fuel - standard diesel fuel and diesel fuel with improved low-temperature properties under specific temperature conditions occurring in buildings:

a. in the on-site fuel warehouse of Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowe "Dąbie" Sp. z o. o. at ul. A. Struga 10, 70-784 Szczecin, POLAND;

b. in the tanks of the fuel station of Szczecińskie Przedsiębiorstwo Autobusowe "Klonowica" Sp. z o. o. at ul. Klonowica 3c, 71-241 Szczecin, during unit deliveries.

The Purchaser allows the reduction or increase of + - 20% of the delivery item - depending on the needs. Reducing or increasing the delivery within 20% does not constitute a change of the concluded contract.
