1. The subject of the contract is the provision of data transmission services in the WAN and Internet access.

2. Detailed description of the item of the Order includes:

1) Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).

2) Annex 2 to the SWZ – Model Agreement with attachments.

3) Annex 3 to the SWZ – Model Offer Form.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of data transmission services in the WAN and Internet access, including:

1.1. provision of data transmission services in the WAN Network using the main IP VPN Links of the Contractor in all Locations of the Contracting Entity, specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, with the provision of the Functionality of the data transmission service in the WAN;

1.2 provision of data transmission services in the WAN using the Contractor's backup IP VPN MPLS links in all Locations of the Contracting Entity, specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, with the provision of Functionalities of data transmission services in the WAN;

1.3. provision of Internet access services at the Ordering Party's headquarters in Warsaw through the main and backup connection for the Internet access service, with the provision of Internet access service Functionalities;

1.4 providing the Name Server service;

1.5 provision of Anti-DDoS service;

1.6 delivery and transfer to the Purchaser of ownership 16 pcs. CE routers with equipment and Manufacturer's Service providing Data Transmission Functionality in the WAN;

1.7 delivery and transfer to the Ordering Party of the ownership of licenses activating 10Gb/s ports

1.8 execution of construction works consisting in the installation and commissioning by the Contractor of the required single-mode fiber optics in each Location of the Contracting entity – only in those Locations where such construction works are necessary to be carried out;

1.9 implementation:

1) delivery, assembly, configuration and commissioning of CPE Routers,

2) uruchomienia Łączy IP VPN MPLS,

3) launching links for the Internet access service,

4) launch the Name Servers service,

5) launching the Anti-DDoS service,

6) assembly, configuration, commissioning and, on behalf of the Ordering Party, registration of CE Routers required by law in connection with the use of a strong encryption module,

7) delivery, installation and commissioning of the monitoring system,

8) proposals on how to perform the first and second part of the acceptance tests,

9) the first and second part of the acceptance tests,

10) as-built documentation,

11) post-implementation instruction,

12) providing the Contractor's website,

13) other works necessary to perform the subject of the contract, even if these works have not been specified in the Model Agreement or annexes to the Model Agreement;

1.10 providing the Manufacturer's Service for CE Routers in post-warranty service.
