1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Kornowac Municipality as well as the collection and management of waste collected in PSZOK. 2. As part of the subject matter of the contract, the provision of municipal waste collection and management services will concern the following fractions of waste: 1) waste collected from in front of inhabited properties: unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste; Paper; plastics, multi-material packaging waste, metals; Glass; bio-waste, slag waste; ashes from buildings heated with solid fuels. 2) received from PSZOK Kornowac: paper; Metals; plastics; glass; multi-material packaging waste; bio-waste; hazardous waste; expired medicines and chemicals; non-medical waste generated in the course of the

Construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, which the Contracting Authority intends to include in this contract, includes waste with the following codes: 17 01 01, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 09 04, 17 03 80. Maintenance and operation of PSZOK as well as equipment with containers are provided by the Ordering Party. The following containers are planned to be used for waste collection at PSZOK: - steel containers designed for collecting fractions collected in larger quantities: 1 container with a capacity of approx. 34 m3, 1 container with a capacity of 12 m3 (open, with a lowered side), 6 pcs. containers with a capacity of 7 m3 (closed from the top, with drop flaps or a single flap with a crank lift), 1 container with a capacity of 4 m3 (closed from the top); - plastic containers, closed with a flap, intended for collecting fractions collected in medium quantities - 7 pcs. containers per 1.1 m3, 2 pcs. containers per 0.24 m3, 3 pcs. containers with a capacity of 0.12m3; - plastic containers for special purposes: 1 pc. a specialist container with a capacity of min. 0.12 m3 for the collection of expired medicines, 1 pc. a specialist container with a capacity of min. 0.12 m3 for the collection of waste batteries and accumulators, 1 pc. a container for sharps waste generated during household injections (used needles, syringes) with a capacity of min. 20l and 1 pc. a specialist container for the collection of fluorescent lamps/bulbs, with a capacity that allows you to store fluorescent lamps of various lengths - up to 150 cm (min. internal dimensions: 154x40x30 cm); - 3 pcs. gitterbox load capacity 1500 kg for waste: Paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, binders and resins and Waste electrical and electronic equipment - 6 pcs. containers for used items 40-48 l. 3. Prior to submitting the offer, in order to ensure the proper performance of the service, the Contractor may, after prior agreement with the Contracting Authority, carry out a visit to the premises of the PSZOK in terms of the type of containers intended for the collection of waste covered by this order. The above does not constitute an obligation of the Contractor to carry out a visit. 4. The entity running the PSZOK is the Kornowac Commune Office. The Contracting Authority allows for a change in the number of containers constituting the equipment of the PSZOK, as well as the type of containers intended for hazardous waste. 5. Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected and managed during the contract implementation period 1870 Mg (including 270 waste from PSZOK). 6.
