Transitio intends, together with Region Skåne through Skånetrafiken, Hallandstrafiken AB, Region Blekinge and DSB SOV, to carry out a procurement on the occasion of the introduction of ERTMS.

Customers and procured units are Region Skåne, org. No. 232100-0255 through Skånetrafiken, Hallandstrafiken AB org. No. 556225-2998, AB Transitio org. No. 556033-1984, Region Blekinge org. No. 232100-0081 all from Sweden. The client and contracting unit are also DSB SOV, cvr. No. 25050053, Denmark, but only regarding option.

DSB SOV's option will entail a right, but no obligation, for DSB SOV to call off the delivery and installation of ERTMS onboard systems with associated equipment and services in up to 34 ET / X31K / X32K rail vehicles. DSB SOV will have the right to transfer the rights and obligations associated with the option to a third party. The option will be described in more detail in connection with the invitation to tender.

The delivery agreement is intended to cover the delivery and installation of ERTMS onboard systems including STM SE and STM DK in between about 77 (seventy seven) and about 111 (one hundred and eleven) rail vehicles of the types ET / X31K / X32K

In addition to the delivery and installation of equipment, the delivery agreement is also intended to include: replacement units, spare parts, special tools, training, documentation, other equipment and related services.
