Surface maintenance work by stripping and applying paint to French Navy ships

This notice concerns a framework agreement in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2325-1-1º and R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-8 of the public procurement code. The purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out surface maintenance work by stripping and applying paint to ships of the French Navy. It includes a part for purchase orders and a part for contingencies. It is part of a procedure with negotiation with prior publicity in accordance with the provisions of articles L. 2324-3, R. 2324-3 and R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the public procurement code.
