With the present call for tenders, the services for the preparation of the Landscape Conservation Implementation Plan (LAP) for the entire construction project are awarded.
for the preparation of the LAP is the Landscape Conservation Accompanying Plan (LBP), which is attached to the invitation to tender as Appendix 2 (Overview Site Plans U 9.1), Appendix 3 (Action Site Plans U 9.2) and Appendix 4 (Action Sheets U 9.3). In addition, the accompanying landscape conservation plan in text form (U 19.1) is attached as Appendix 5.
The sets of measures to be planned are numbers 4 and 6 to 8, 10 and 11. Complexes 4, 6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 are located in the immediate vicinity of the construction project.
The complex of measures 13 is also to be planned and is located about 30 km away in the district of Langenhagen.
The landscape conservation implementation planning must take into account the requirements from the acquisition of building rights as well as the preliminary planning, esp. of the accompanying landscape conservation planning, including the statements of other landscape planning contributions such as FFH-VP, faunistic mapping, species protection contribution, etc.
As a special achievement, the implementation planning for the relocation of the watercourse of the Ihme is to be carried out, taking into account the leaflet DWA-M 619 (Ökol. Construction supervision) of the German Association for Water, Wastewater and Waste (DWA) for the reconstruction of watercourses.
Prior to the preparation of the landscape conservation implementation plan, the working group intends to involve interest groups (e.g. associations, interested third parties, etc.) in addition to that of the specialist authorities. The Contractor should provide technical support, evaluate and follow up on the results and take them into account in the subsequent implementation planning. These services are included in the specification (Appendix 6) under 3.01 and 3.02 as special services.
