Boligselskabet Kolding dept. 26 offers the construction of 36 new single-storey family homes located in a new residential area in the western part of Lunderskov at the address Flintevænget 2, 6640 Lunderskov, matr.nr. 14ay, Nagbøl Town, Skanderup. The homes will be built as a coherent low-rise building with brick facades. The housing sizes are between 80 m² and 105 m². The building must have a total eligible area of 3,395 m2.

This Tender Ordinance invites interested people to request participation in the tender.

The client's target price for turnkey contracts is DKK 55,084,000.00 incl. VAT, which as far as possible must be complied with in combination with an appropriate quality, which is expressed in the sub-criteria that form the basis for the tender evaluation.

If the tenderer cannot meet the target price, it is therefore desired that the tenderer incorporates adjustments or savings into the tender project to an extent that the target price is met as far as possible and, as mentioned, in combination with an appropriate quality. Therefore, the building program has been formulated "spacious" and flexible, except for the minimum requirements stated at the beginning of the Tender Specifications section 1.6 Minimum requirements.

The stated target price relates to the total turnkey contract, which must include all the costs associated with the turnkey contract, including construction/construction, consultancy, (design, project follow-up and professional supervision), management costs/case administration, construction site costs, winter measures as well as expenses for permits and compliance with regulatory requirements, etc.

The developer bears the cost of connection charges/contributions.
