The object of the procurement is the completion of the "turnkey" works:
Lot 1 - Joint Interest Project for the Modernization of the Electricity Network – CARMEN (Carpathian Modernization of Energy Network) Volume 3.2.2 – Glăvănești Transformer Station - technical documentation phase DTAC+ PTH+DDE, supply of products and execution of works, preparation of As Built documentation according to project no. 181/2021 - SF phase

Design activities:
➢ preparation of documents and studies necessary to obtain approvals, agreements, authorizations, Building Permit and support for obtaining it (DTAC)
➢ preparation of technical documentation (technical project – PTh, DDE - detailed execution documentation including other expert assessments necessary for the preparation of the technical project – with examples but not limited to, the techno-economic scenarios outlined in the SF phase design documentation)
➢ Technical support from the designer during the execution of works
Execution of works:
➢ purchase and delivery of all materials and equipment necessary for the execution of the work;
➢ execution of the works
➢ testing and PIF
➢ training of the operational personnel of the contracting entity
➢ preparation of As Built documentation (technical documentation drawn up in accordance with the actual situation on site upon completion of the works)
➢ preparation of documents necessary for completing the technical book of the investment;
The procurement is divided into 2 (two) lots, according to Chapter II.2 List of lots.
Any request for clarifications must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitație.ro/pub).
Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 21 days.
To the extent that requests for clarifications or additional information have been addressed within the deadline set in the participation announcement, the Contracting Entity will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline established in the Participation Announcement for submitting offers in accordance with art. 173 para. (1) of Law 99/2016 and art. 29 para. (3) of HG 394/2016.
