1.Przedm. Order is delivery and assembly along with design and commissioning 567 pcs. micro-photovoltaic installations on-grid, 1737 pcs. hybrid photovoltaic micro-installations, 1682 pcs. installation of air heat pumps with DHW and 51 pcs. DHW; 478 pcs. installation of energy storage for existing micro-photovoltaic installations.

2.The description of the subject of the contract is Annex. No. 2a) – d) to SWZ–PFU for the following communes: Irządze, Łazy, Poręba, Sosnowiec, Szczekociny.

3.Zam. in accordance with Article 257 of the PPL, reserves the right to invalidate progress. for the award of a public contract, if the funds it intends to allocate to SFinan. all or part of the contract has not been awarded to him.

4.Na accordance with Article 38(2) of the PPL Act and in accordance with the Agreement of 24/07/2023, the proceedings are conducted by the representative of the Contracting Authority - the Municipality of Sosnowiec.

5. The value of the order exceeds the PLN equivalent of EUR 10,000,000 for deliveries.

Delivery and assembly with design and commissioning 567 pcs. ON-GRID photovoltaic micro-installations on private buildings and on land belonging to residents of municipalities.

The contracting authority shall select the most advantageous offer based on the criteria for evaluating the tenders:

-gross price (weight – 60%);

-experience of the coordinator for micro-photovoltaic installations (weight – 20%);

-time of effective repair of micro-photovoltaic installations on-grid (weight – 20%).

Delivery and assembly with design and commissioning 1737 pcs. Hybrid photovoltaic micro-installations on private buildings and on land belonging to residents of municipalities.

The contracting authority shall select the most advantageous offer based on the criteria for evaluating the tenders:

-gross price (weight – 60%);

-experience of the coordinator for micro-photovoltaic installations (weight – 20%);

-time of effective repair of micro-hybrid photovoltaic installations (weight – 20%).

Delivery and assembly along with design and commissioning of air heat pump installations with hot water in the amount of 1682 pcs. and DHW heat pumps in the amount of 51 pcs. in buildings belonging to residents of municipalities /full name of the part/.

The contracting authority shall select the most advantageous offer based on the criteria for evaluating the tenders:

- gross price (weighting – 60%);

- experience coordinator for air heat pumps (weighting – 10%);

- time of effective repair of air heat pumps with DHW and DHW heat pumps (weight – 10%).

- energy efficiency class of the central heating heat pump together with DHW (weight – 20%).

Delivery and assembly with design and commissioning 478 pcs. installation of energy storage for existing photovoltaic micro-installations in private buildings belonging to residents of municipalities.

The contracting authority shall select the most advantageous offer based on the criteria for evaluating the tenders:

-gross price (weight – 60%);

-coordinator's experience for energy storage (weighting – 20%);

-time of effective repair of energy storage (weight – 20%).
