The city of Bad Kreuznach is planning to build a 3-4 speedy primary school incl. multipurpose hall. The reason for this is an increasing number of pupils in the client's urban area. The subject of this call for proposals is project management of the planning and implementation process. Reference is made to the SOW, which is available for download. The scope of project management services is based on the AHO Issue 9.

The subject of this call is project management services based on service specifications 1-5 in the sense of AHO Issue 9 (2020)

The call for the planning and construction supervision services has not yet been published and should take place in all further invitations to tender, namely

Lot 1 building planning services,

Lot 2 Technical equipment: heating, ventilation, sanitary

Lot 3 Technical equipment: electric

Lot 4 Structural Engineering Services

Lot 5 outdoor facilities

Estimated net construction costs in terms of DIN 276 are expected to amount to EUR 7,000,000 (KG 200-600). The eligible costs are approx.:

KG 200: EUR 200,000 (net)

KG 300: EUR 3,900,000 (net)

KG 400:2,100,000 EUR (net)

KG 500: EUR 500,000 (net)

KG 600: EUR 300,000 (net)

A phased commissioning is envisaged. Project stages 1-2 and then project stages 3-5 are to be commissioned as defined in AHO Issue 9.
