Two districts of Châteauroux Métropole, in the city of Châteauroux are concerned by the New Urban Renewal Project (NPRU), resulting from the definition of the new priority geography of December 2014:

- the QPV Beaulieu, which was selected for projects of regional interest;

- the QPV Saint-Jean / Saint-Jacques which was selected for projects of national interest.

As part of the conduct of this urban renewal, Châteauroux Métropole wishes to be able to benefit from the support of a service provider acting as Assistant to the contracting authority (AMO) in order to:

- set up common tools for analyzing the urban project which will make it possible to steer, regulate, and circulate information on the components of the project;

- guarantee the quality of the urban renewal project by fostering cooperation between teams of internal or external project owners;

- carry out and / or coordinate additional studies necessary for the project in various fields (shops, development of blocks, etc.);

- have a global environmental approach to take energy issues into consideration and limit the consumption of resources;

- take into account in a global way the contribution of the project for the access to employment and to the training of the inhabitants of the districts in articulation with the orientations of the city contract;

- ensure missions of expertise and advice.

The service provider must bring together a multidisciplinary team with the following fields of expertise:

- town planning (including the fields of architecture, landscaping, regulatory town planning, network engineering, environmental quality);

- scheduling, steering and coordination in the field of urban renewal projects;

- communication;

- graphics (CAD, 3D, 2D).

The incumbent is endowed with these multidisciplinary skills or constitutes a team in a temporary grouping of companies to bring together the expertise and professional skills required, while identifying a representative within him.
