The Garmisch-Partenkirchen market plans to expand and restructure the Mayor Schütte primary and middle school in the district of Partenkirchen.

In advance, a feasibility study was developed for the decision in the political bodies, which provides for a breakdown into six construction phases:

- 1st BA - demolition hard court,

- 2nd BA - New primary school and new design of outdoor facilities (see Figure 2),

- 3rd BA - Middle School Restructuring (Main Building),

- 4th BA - Conversion/refurbishment/extension (here only as optional designation) storey construction,

- 5th BA - demolition sports hall,

- 6th BA - new 3-fold sports hall with sports field on the roof,

- 7th BA - Expansion storey building.

The following measures are envisaged, among others:

- Extension buildings for the primary school (intended location: area between the main building and Münchner Strasse),

- Connection of the primary school extension to the existing main building (connecting building with administration and special rooms),

- redesign of schoolyard areas for elementary and middle school (planning and implementation by the planner for the outdoor facilities - assigned separately),

- the fetch and bring situation is currently not satisfactory, this is to be solved (creatively) as part of the redesign of the outdoor areas (planning and implementation by the planner for the outdoor facilities - will be assigned separately),

- Overall concept including expansion options for storey construction (planned as 7th BA).

The costs of the planned measures are estimated at around 10.5 million EUR/gross for the new primary school (KG 300-400) and approximately EUR 1.78 million per gross for the renovation measures (KG 300-400) and around EUR 92,000 for demolition.

The primary school (extension and connecting structures) is planned to be completed by the beginning of 2024. The main building and the storey building continue to be used, and the primary school is outsourced (containers and pavilion, which will be demolished later).

The following services are to be awarded:

- Structural design (work phases 1 - 6 according to HOAI § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14, including structural fire protection).

The required services are based on the HOAI service profiles. The client reserves the right to contract in stages and, if necessary, in sections.

The following services are optionally included:

- 3rd BA - Middle School Restructuring (Main Building)

- 4th BA - Reconstruction/renovation storey building.
