It is launched as part of a grouping of orders, under the conditions detailed in article 1 of the consultation regulations and of which Brest Métropole is the coordinator. These are multi-beneficiary framework agreements (for lots 1 to 10) and single-beneficiary (lot 11), with order forms, placed following the open call for tenders procedure under the conditions detailed in article 2 of the consultation regulations.
