The purpose of this call for tenders is to take out insurance contracts for the group of orders formed between the City of Lattes and the CCAS de Lattes.
The procedure concerns contracts to be signed and notified by a coordinator in the name and on behalf of a group of orders but to be carried out by each member of this group, in application of Articles L. 2113-6 and L. 2113-7 of public order code.
The coordinator of the group is: town of Lattes.
It acts as the contracting authority.
The contracts are concluded for a period of five years, from 1.1.2021 to 12.31.2025.
