Description:
Alternative heat generation of the new indoor swimming pool in Neutraubling - technical planning of technical equipment, plant groups 1, 2, 4 and 8 according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2.

The city of Neutraubling is planning an alternative heat supply for the new indoor swimming pool.

The subject of the contract is the services of technical equipment planning, plant groups 1, 2, 4 and 8 according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2, in each case service phases 1 - 9.

The services are reserved in stages. No additional fee claims can be asserted from the gradual assignment.

The city of Neutraubling is planning to build a new heating system for an alternative heat supply for the new indoor swimming pool.

The new construction of the indoor swimming pool in the city of Neutraubling will be completed in 2024 and will then be supplied with district heating from an external producer.

It is to be expected that the indoor swimming pool will be the largest consumer among municipal properties for years to come.

The city of Neutraubling sees climate protection as an essential task and has set itself the following goals:

- Greenhouse gas-neutral energy supply for municipal properties.

- Future-proof and cost-effective energy supply.

In order to achieve these goals, an economic feasibility study was carried out.

This led to the conclusion that a separate heating system for the new indoor swimming pool was built to ensure the heat supply.

In addition, on the one hand, the district heating connection is to be retained as an additional security, and on the other hand, it is to be examined whether the heating centre itself should be offered as a feed-in point into the district heating network of the regional producer.

The results of the investigations have shown that in the long term, supplying the indoor swimming pool with a combination of different renewable energies (multivalent heat generation systems) is the most economical solution.

The following regenerative heat generators were considered in the economic feasibility study:

- Electricity-powered groundwater heat pump in high-temperature technology for base load

- PV system on the roof

- Wood-chip CHP for electricity generation and heat generation.

The client is open to the system in its decision on the renewable energy supply and expects the applicants and bidders to discuss it accordingly.

The indoor pool technology must be connected to the new heat supply and adapted accordingly.

Thermal energy requirement: 2,500 MWh/a

Energy demand electrical: 400 - 500 MWh/a

Thermal power requirement: 1,500 kW

The subject of the contract is the services of technical equipment planning, plant groups 1, 2, 4 and 8 according to HOAI Part 4 Section 2, in each case service phases 1 - 9.
