The MCA wishes to appoint an independent contractor to provide specified technical outputs and technical support services in support of its aviation contracts to assist the aviation technical team. This assistance will consist of independent assurance of the SAR2G requirements; assurance of the evaluation criteria; specific expertise in key areas and acceptance of the SAR2G programme into service.
