The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, forest seed and work related to maintaining tourist infrastructure, works related to cleaning forest areas, transport of cuttings and cones to be carried out in the Nowogród Forest District for the years 2019-2020.
The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These contracts will consist of repetition of services similar to those covered by this contract. The material scope of the services covered by similar contracts will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract

The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Parts (Packages). The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work envisaged in the ToR for this Package.
Forestry package 2: Krusza, KuzieDetailed quantities and types of services constituting the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 3 to the ToR and their detailed manner of performance is specified in Annex 4 to the ToR
The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more Parts (Packages). The offer submitted for a given Package must, however, cover the entire scope of work envisaged in the ToR for this Package.
